NEWSAGENCY INDUSTRY INDUCTION SEMINAR

The Queensland Newsagents Federation conducts an Introduction to the Industry  information seminar for incoming and prospective newsagents at the beginning of each month. Industry associates participate to provide information and assistance.

The seminar provides the prospective purchaser with an overview of the industry to assist in the decision process. For attendees already signed to purchase the seminar gives confidence to enter the industry with the knowledge and resources needed.

The 3 1/2  day course provides an overview of matters pertaining specifically to the industry and small business retailing.  Subjects include:

The QNF has a subsidiary brokerage company functioning as an autonomous operation. Newsagency Sales (Qld) Pty Ltd is a specialist newsagency broker handling the transfer on behalf of newsagent and accounts for a significant percentage of all newsagency sales. Newsagency Sales Consultants are available during the seminar for any queries on newsagencies for sale and general information.
